Liz Delahaye (buyer)Hunters were actually the vendors estate agents. We found Hunters (James) a brilliant company to deal with. Communication was top notch - always available and quick to pass enquiries through to the people we were buying the house from and to organise visits. James was excellent at keeping everyone up to date - from us to our own estate agent, to our solicitors. So although I can't comment on Hunters from a vendors perspective, marketing the property, I can say that when we come to sell we will definitely be using them. From the very beginning he was friendly, approachable and always kept us updated. He regularly checked in with both us and the solicitors, helping to keep things moving and taking a lot of the stress out of what turned out to be quite a challenging conveyancing process.
Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and he was always happy to answer questions or chase things when needed. His communication was excellent throughout, and it genuinely felt like he cared about getting us into our new home.
