We have just completed on a house marketed by Woodcock Holmes, each interaction with the team from the first phone call to completing has been professional, polite and reasssuring when things got slightly problematic. Adrian has provided an outstanding service throughout and played a instrumental role in getting our chain, which had the potential to collapse, to the point of exchange. Like many people we've had poor experiences in the past with some questionable practices from other estate agents but this has not been the case this time. Adrian wasn't our selling agent but we are happy to recommend him and his team and are grateful for their help in purchasing our beautiful new home.
