We had a really long string of bad luck with a number of different properties. Cheryl and the rest of the team were unbelievable, providing not only advice, but a comforting ear when things kept going wrong.

I learnt so much from working with Cheryl and will 10000% be contacting her when it’s time to live again if she is still with Affinity.

Very good, not a brilliant time to have to remortgage but Cheryl was amazing at managing to secure a good mortgage rate in a volatile market and Chester was so helpful at keeping the conveyancing process moving at pace. Both communicated with us regularly to keep the mortgage application on track and let us know how it was progressing. Very happy.
