We recently sold our property with Wood and Pilcher who were very professional yet friendly and helpful. Their prompt response and communication made every step as smooth as possible. Tania and Dan have been incredible and saw us through to completion in a very tricky market. We swapped from using another local agent who were nowhere near as upfront and easy to communicate with.
