A very open, friendly, efficient and responsive service. We were updated frequently on options to purchase. Fortunately we had an early offer and through a prolonged sale process we were regularly updated with progress and updates forwarded from our buyers. At stressful points Glenys was very supportive and proactive at other times chasing points needing clarification and communicating with solicitors as appropriate. This was welcome since it stimulated further communication and assisted progress. Bethany produced clear photographs using a drone to good advantage - this really did house and garden justice. A very professional service in all respects, positive staff, highly courteous, taking pride in their work - this all increased our confidence that we had made the right choice in MMP.
