I very wisely placed the sale of my mother's bungalow in Herne Bay with the Foundation sales team.
I was more than impressed with their professional approach. Kevin was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, and the whole team worked together without any mishaps. The brochure was good, with excellent photographs by Chris, which showed the property in its best light, and this seemed to work - attracting a buyer in a difficult market.
When the first sale fell through the team worked hard to attract a second buyer and actually achieved a higher price for the property! and one can appreciate the hard work that went on behind the scenes to arrange the chain of buyers.
All in all, an excellent service and I would heartily recommend Foundation to prospective seller – indeed have already done so!
