To whom it may concern,
We found yourselves and Umar after much 'shopping' around on the internet and made some phone calls and sent emails re my property for rent - we wanted guaranteed rent and Umar guidied us through all the issues that we had be compliant with in order to facilitate this.
My partner met him at my flat and he met him at the office with keys.
He emailed or called me and I inturn responded back and all was well and we managed to get it all signed off and a tenant in on the 15th of October 2025.
