Morris Marshall & Poole were excellent in every way, being so helpful and supportive as I was grieving my late brother, and had to sell the family farm. From the initial valuation for probate, then placing the farm on the open market to be sold by auction, even though there were issues to check, everything was done professionally, even though this involved a lot of extra work. The auction was well supported locally in Welshpool, and the auction was really successful, so pleased that the farm was sold to a local farming family, which for me was a great end to the sale. All of the communication from all MMP staff was clear and effective.

So good that Tony had known my brother for many years, and from the moment he came to do the probate valuation on the farm, Tony was clear with the whole process of first doing the valuation for probate, then later met again on the farm to discuss the details of placing the farm on the market and eventual auction, also the brochure they produced with excellent drone footage of the farm, is a lovely memory for me of my old family home. I met Tony the day before the auction to discuss the sale process, which was so reassuring, and the auction day was well supported and Tony conducted the Auction in a clear patient way until the farm was sold to a local neighbour.
